NIKA raicing with Rickard Rydell and Michel Nykjær

The 5th of May runs the first race of STCC at Mantorp Park, Sweden. This year will MMA be a sponsor to the reigning champion of STCC 2011 Rickard Rydell and also Michel Nykjær running Chevrolet Motorsport in NIKA Raicin stabels.

Rydell, who will drive a Chevrolet Cruze tailored to WTCC regulations, has several years experience in the championship by his sejourn in the series between 2005-2009. Totally Rydell drove over this period home five wins and no less than 24 podium finishes.

Nykjær has many years experience in the World Cup series WTCC and has enjoyed international success by including two victories in the European Touring Car Cup. In addition, the 32-year-old Dane, looking back on double championship titles in DTC - the Danish equivalent of STCC - which last got behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Lacetti 2009 season.

Nordbygg 2012

At this years Nordbygg exhibition in Late March, the dynamxproducts were launched on the Nordic Market. This is a result of the partnership formed between MMA and Belgian BELPARTS.

We at MMA see this as an important step in our strategy for the Nordic Markets says Dan Ståhl, CEO of MMA. With the dynamx range of products we further strengthen our product offering in Scandinavia, where we see definitive growth potential in the coming years.

In the Swedish market we can now provide Balancing solutions for static, dynamic and electronic balancing says Peter Stenlund, Product Area Manager Balancing products at MMA. This gives us the possibility to offer a very comprehensive range of solutions for the Balancing segment in this market.Moreover,thanks to the flow-based control dynamx control valves it is easy to achieve a perfectly functioning system, even at variable flow rates in the part load range.

For the first time dynamx offers a detailed and real-time insight into the thermal and hydraulic processes of the HVAC system. An important advantage since commissioning and troubleshooting are undoubtedly the most critical activities for the HVAC installation process and its maintenance is essential during the lifetime of the installation.

From the reactions at the Nordbyggexhibition we really can see that there has been a great deal of interest for this new technology. We see a wide range of applications for this new product range in the Swedish market, and we have been given even more ideas for where to use these products from our discussions with customers at the exhibition, so says Kent Edvardsson Nordic Sales Manager at MMA.

The decision to enter the Nordic market was made prior to the Nordbygg exhibition in 2010, when we attended the exhibition with our own booth. That is also when we came in contact with MMA. The Nordic markets are markets that are quite mature when it comes to balancing products so for us it was natural to bring this new technology to these markets.

Given the interest at the Exhibition we are convinced that there will be very interesting projects soon to be realized also in this region.

New Distributor for MMA in Brazil

Servi-Control a Sao Paulo based Controls company has been appointed MMAs distributor for Brazil
The MMA products are on display at Servi-Controls stand at the Febrava exhibition which started on September the 20th.
The Febrava exhibition is considered the largest HVAC exhibition in Brazil, and is held bi-annually.
