MMAir Wireless room regulation

Area of use

MMA’s wireless room regulation is used to regulate heating or heating
and cooling in sequence in commercial buildings.
The room regulation can also control fans and be connected to
a BMS system, or be used as a stand-alone unit.

Description

The room regulation consists of several components which together
form a network, depending on its function

WRU Wireless room unit with setpoint adjustment and in-built sensor
– Radio communication
– Easy to mount on wall
Cable-free solar cell-powered version
– Powered by solar cells or 24 V AC.
– Built-in temperature sensor
– White in colour as standard, but other colours are available
(aluminium or steel grey).
– CE-approved
WAC Regulator unit for chilled beams, chilled ceilings and radiators
– Controls chilled ceilings, radiators etc.
– Effi cient and saves energy
– PI regulation cooling and heating control
– Available in two designs:
– WAC-24: For 24 V AC, 2 x digital and 1 x analogue outputs
– WAC-230: For 230 V AC, 2 x digital outputs
– 2 x inputs for temp. sensors and motion detectors, for example
– Th e inputs can be switched between diff erent signal levels and options
– Automatic operation of control valves
– Timer function to override the operating mode or force outputs
– A wireless WRU room unit has the option of being connected via radio communication
– Values can be monitored and overruled via the parent system (via WSG gateway)
– CE-approved

WFC Regulator unit for fancoils
– Controls fan convector units, chilled ceilings, radiators, etc.
– Effi cient and energy-saving. PI regulation
– Cooling and heating in sequence
– 2 x actuator outputs
(230 V or 24 V, depending on whether WFC-230 or -10 model is used).
– 3 x relay outputs for fan convector unit (WFC-230 only)
– 1 x 0–10 V output for fan convector unit with EC motor (WFC-10 only)
– Inputs, for example, temperature sensor and motion detector
– Th e inputs and outputs can be switched between diff erent signal levels and options
– Automatic operation of control valves
– A wireless WRU-F room unit can be connected via radio communication<
– Values can be monitored and overruled via the parent system (via WSG gateway)
– CE-approved
WA Wireless actuator for valves
– Radio communication
– Connected directly to WRU or WAC/WFC
– Values can be monitored and overruled via the parent system (via WSG gateway)
