Lockshiled valve RVR/RVV is used as a closing or pre-setting valve for radiators.
RVR/RVV is equipped with a cone which, ensures that an accurate pre-setting is achieved.
The cone is equipped with an o-ring of EPDM rubber and locked with an automatic stopping device in the valve which means the cone cannot be unscrewed unintentionally. If the valve is used as closingvalve the pre-setting must be done again when opening the valve. Connection 10 even comes in dezincification resistance material.
Max shutting pressure
DN 10 0,03-0,8
DN 15 0,45-1,3
DN 20 0,09-2,0
Unscrew the cap.
Pre-setting is done with the help of an allen key (5 mm).
When pre-setting, the spindle is unscrewed from bottom position to the number of turns according to the pressure drop diagram. When pre-setting is complete the cap is screwed back on. When closing screw the spindle (the outer) completely to the bottom. When opening, unscrew the spindle to previous position.
